SHIPPING INFORMATION:
We pride ourselves in handling your orders quickly, with most in-stock items shipping within 24 hours of ordering; however, some orders may take up to 72 hours to process.
Items ordered together may not be shipped out on the same day, and occasionally, some items are temporarily out-of-stock. You will be alerted to any shipping delay at the time of order. Should there be any other delay associated with your order, you will be notified within 10 days after placing your order.
Shipping times:
Regular delivery: 5-7 business days
Express delivery: within 3 business days
RETURNS & EXCHANGES:
Pinc Premium will gladly accept returns or exchanges on any unworn, unwashed product(s) within 30 days of the shipment date. All returned items must contain all original tags.
Please be sure to complete the return and exchange form provided in your shipment.
Attach the provided UPS return label to the outside of the package containing the merchandise you would like to return and drop it by your nearest UPS pick up location.
Exchanged items may be charged an additional shipping charge. Exchanges are subject to availibilty.
There is a flat rate return shipping/restocking Fee of $6, this fee will be waived where applicable.
Where applicable your refund will be credited back to the original method of payment. A credit will post to your account approximately two days after the date of processing. It may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your monthly credit card statement. Most returns will process in approximately two weeks; however,it may take up to four weeks.

Order confirmation: You will receive an order confirmation number at the conclusion of your order process as well as a confirmation email, including order number and an approximate total amount to be charged.

To check your order status: If you placed your order through an online account with a password, you may check the status of your order at any time simply by clicking on My Account, signing in, then selecting Order History.
